Outdoor sales and food vending is not permitted in all districts in the City and is regulated by City Code Section 41-7. The City licenses these types of use as an accessory use on certain properties.  Please use the links below to learn more about outdoor sales and food vending.

Food vendors (i.e. food trucks, carts or trailers) are only permitted on private land in the Central Business District.  Unless authorized as part of a special event or being used as a private catering services, the City will not authorize any food vendors to operate on public lands – including public sidewalks, streets or in public parks.  

Annual Seasonal Outdoor Sales License:

First time licenses are reviewed by the Planning Commission, with annual renewals issued by the Community Development Department.
