As required by the Metropolitan Land Planning Act, all cities, townships and counties must prepare a Comprehensive Plan ("Comp Plan") every ten years.

As part of the Metropolitan Council's regional planning efforts, the City of Stillwater has updated its Comprehensive Plan, the twenty-year plan guiding document for our community. Below are links to each chapter.
