Planning Division

Responsible for comprehensive planning, zoning, neighborhood plans and studies, coordination of land development review, historic preservation, short-term home rentals, the department serves as staff to the Planning Commission, Heritage Preservation Commission, Downtown Parking Commission and the Joint Planning Board (Stillwater Township and City of Stillwater).
