The City of Stillwater partners with a number of organizations to provide financial assistance to viable projects with unique economic development needs. Below are some common programs to access, but this is not an exhaustive list. Additionally, the City is considering establishing a small business grant or loan program. The earliest this program would be implemented would be 2022. This program is likely to focus on Historic Preservation, Downtown Façade Improvement and Manufacturing Expansion.
