The City has a new electronic billing and payment system. Please note the payment portal site to log into your account has been changed. Click on the link below to be directed to the new site. Also effective January 1, 2024, there will be processing fees for paying with a credit card, debit card, or via electronic fund transfer. Processing fees will appear on statements as Zift/Community Connect. Click here to view payment options.

If you are signed up for direct debit, these dates will also be the dates your payment will be processed from your bank. Direct Deposit form must be submitted to us by the 20th of the month before the due date.
Late fees have changed from $25 to 10% of any past due amounts.
The City will continue to review the user fee structure annually to ensure that operating and maintenance costs are covered adequately due to wastewater treatment provided by Met Council.
