Ribbon cutting ceremony in the morning and grand opening of the Lift Bridge and St. Croix River Loop Trail. Events will take place on Chestnut Plaza and within Lowell Park, south of the Lift Bridge throughout the day. Street dance and band from 6pm-9pm on the plaza, Fireworks starting at 10pm.
