The purpose of this project is to assist Stillwater’s Downtown Parking Commission identify means to more efficiently use existing parking capacity in the downtown public parking system.  It is the Downtown Parking Commission’s goal to better serve the needs of its customers without the major capital expenditures associated with construction of new parking facilities.

The parking capacity and usage data assembled as of January 29, 2020 can be viewed in the materials presented to the Main Street IBA and Chamber of Commerce in January.  The materials also identify potential ways to more efficiently use the existing parking spaces downtown.  The slide deck of the presentation is available in the Parking Presentation link to the right.

If you have comments or suggestions on ways to more efficiently use our existing parking facilities, please share them with Tim Gladhill.
